Lake Te Nggano

The largest landlocked body of water in the South Pacific, this former lagoon is now a massive freshwater lake surrounded by ancient limestone cliffs.

Mount Popomanaseu

The highest point in the Solomon Islands at 2,335m; its jagged peak is most clearly visible from the right side as you cross the island from the south.
