Passengers will see the compact village of Chevak and the vast, pond-dotted Alaskan tundra extending toward the horizon.
While both sides offer vast tundra views, the Right Side is superior for its direct perspective of the Askinuk Mountains as they rise out of the flat Delta landscape during the descent into Scammon Bay.
The right side offers a more dramatic landscape by featuring the Askinuk Mountains to the north, providing a stark contrast to the flat, watery expanse of the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta.
