Right Side of the Plane

The right side offers a spectacular aerial tour of the entire Caicos island chain, including the wild wetlands of East Caicos, the dramatic limestone cliffs of Middle Caicos, and the world-renowned white sands of Grace Bay upon arrival.

🦩

East Caicos

One of the largest uninhabited islands in the Caribbean, featuring pristine swamps, mangroves, and wild interior savannahs.

⛰️

Mudjin Harbor

Spot the dramatic limestone cliffs and the famous Dragon Cay rock formation along the northern coast of Middle Caicos.

🦜

Parrot Cay

The ultra-exclusive private island resort favored by celebrities, visible as a lush green jewel surrounded by white sand.

🏖️

Grace Bay

Consistently ranked as the world's best beach, you will see the entire 12-mile crescent of powdery white sand and luxury resorts.

🦎

Little Water Cay

Also known as Iguana Island, this protected nature reserve is clearly visible just before touchdown at PLS.

Sit on the right for the best overview of the TCI geography. You will track the northern coastline where the deep blue Atlantic meets the barrier reef. Morning flights are best for this side to avoid the harsh glare of the southern sun. Keep your camera ready from the moment of takeoff, as the transition from South Caicos to the wild East Caicos happens almost instantly on this 20-minute flight.

🌊

The Caicos Bank

Witness one of the world's most vibrant expanses of shallow turquoise water, where the sandy bottom creates a neon-blue glow.

🏝️

Six Hill Cays

Small, uninhabited limestone outcrops that stand as lonely sentinels between the deep ocean and the shallow bank.

💎

Chalk Sound

On final approach, look for the surreal, shimmering turquoise lagoon filled with hundreds of tiny rocky islands.

🛶

Silley Cay

A distinctive private island located within the shallow southern flats near the Providenciales shoreline.

🚢

South Dock

The main industrial gateway of Providenciales, providing a contrast between the turquoise water and large cargo vessels.

The left side is superior for photography of the 'Electric Blue' water. Use a polarizing filter if possible to cut through the sun's glare on the water surface. Sit behind the wing to ensure an unobstructed view of the Caicos Bank's intricate sand patterns. This side is particularly stunning during the late afternoon when the sun is higher in the south, illuminating the shallow reefs.
