The right side provides a more comprehensive view of the historic King William Island and the Northwest Passage waterways, along with an excellent perspective of the Cambridge Bay settlement during the final descent.
The right side offers spectacular views of the rugged Bathurst Inlet and the intricate coastline of the Queen Maud Gulf, providing a more dramatic transition from the Canadian Shield to the Arctic Ocean.
The left side offers a more diverse view of the mainland Arctic coast, providing a look at the Adelaide Peninsula and the historic Simpson Strait, where the Franklin Expedition ships once sailed.
