The Right Side (Starboard) is superior for this westbound journey across the North Atlantic. It avoids the harsh southern sun glare, offering better lighting for photography. Passengers get excellent views of the rugged Irish coast, the dramatic landfall over Newfoundland, and the scenic progression down the St. Lawrence River valley toward Ontario.
